Etiquette Tips That Your server Must Know to Make Your Customers Happy

What do you consider as a mark of the good services of a restaurant? It’s not just about serving good quality food to your customers and be polite with them, good service includes the smallest of things that can make your customers fall in love with your Paso Robles restaurants. A Smiling Face

The number one rule of customers service is to put up a smiling face to them. You should be warm and inviting to your customers as much as possible. Think, do you want to deal with a grouchy server while dining out? No? Your customers feel the same way. Make sure that all of your servers act cheerful while serving your customers. However, don’t act fake, your customers will see right through the act.



Light Chit Chat

The Appearance

If the server places the cutlery while the guests are seating down, they should memorize the placement of the spoons properly. Otherwise, your restaurant can have a great face loss to your customers.
